Terms & Conditions

Submitting this form DOES NOT reserve your date. Your $100 non-refundable reservation deposit will only be charged once we have confirmed availability.  You will be contacted within 1 business day of your submission to finalize your date and process your reservation deposit.  
 
The remaining balance due will be calculated after final decisions are made regarding amenities and add-ons.  That balance will be invoiced in two installments:  50% is due within 5 days of reserving your date.  The final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your event.  
 
Please carefully review the attached Terms and Conditions document.  A contract will be completed once dates and amenities are finalized.
