Terms & Conditions

Submitting this form DOES NOT reserve your date. Your $500 non-refundable reservation deposit will only be charged once we have confirmed availability.  You will be contacted within 1 business day of your submission to finalize your date and process your reservation deposit.  
 
The remaining balance due will be calculated after final decisions are made regarding amenities and add-ons.  That balance will be invoiced in two installments:  50% is due within 30 days of reserving your date.  The final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your event.  
 
Please carefully review the attached Terms and Conditions document.  A contract will be completed once dates and amenities are finalized.
