BYOT - Bring Your Own Tent - 10x10 per space     The Spring Fever Craft Show is our 2nd largest and longest running Craft Show with Schererville Parks. This show is 2 days long with 200+ crafters. Schererville Parks rents a giant 270ft+ tent with walls and heat to hold the additional crafters. This show surpassed over 5k+ in attendance in 2022 and expecting over 8k+ in attendance in 2023.

About the event

The Schererville Parks' Spring Fever Craft Show is the 2nd largest Craft Show every year with Schererville Parks. In its 5th year, the Spring Fever Craft Show had over 200+ Crafters, Vendors and Food Trucks AND 5k+ in attendance. Due to the public response/request, we've extended our Spring Fever show to 2 DAYS! The Spring Fever Craft Show is located at our Schererville Community Center (500 E. Joliet St) AND we rent a giant heated tent that holds our largest gathering of Crafters for the entire year. This show is a crafter priority so you can bet you'll find some unique finds.

Terms & Conditions

Fee:  Refunds will not be given to ANY crafter/vendor who purchases outside booth space. This space is RAIN OR SHINE! Applications and items sold are subject to approval. Please note that some booth spaces may have tent structures (poles) in space. 
 
SET UP/TAKE DOWN:    Vendors MUST unload their vehicle completely and move their vehicle to the designated parking area (Redar Park, 217 Gregory Street). A school bus will transport Crafters back and forth from Redar Park to the Community Center.  There will be a staff person checking the unloading area to ensure vehicles are moved in a timely manner.  Take down must be completed by 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 26th. A set up email will be sent 2 weeks before the event. Please ensure your product is secure after event. Security will be on site over night for this 2-day event.
 
RULES:No decorations may be attached to any outside structure.  Direct sales businesses will be limited to one vendor per company (based on first come, first served).  No crafter/vendor may sell guns, knives, or items considered weapons.  All merchandise and displays must stay within designated spot.  Assigned area must be kept clean throughout the event and all trash must be removed at the end of the event.  No soliciting to other crafters/vendors or patrons through distribution of advertising for anything other than what you are selling in your location.  Crafters/vendors must participate for the full duration of the show.  Those who fail to participate for the full duration of the show will be banned for one-year from future shows or events with the Schererville Parks Department. Schererville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel a show due to insufficient registration. Registration is not complete without payment and a signed contract.  
 
SALES TAX: All crafters/vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax, if applicable.
 
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:   Applications will be reviewed by the Schererville Parks and Recreation staff on an individual basis. Schererville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar products.  Not all applications may be accepted.  Wholesalers, flea market products, or previously worn/used merchandise will not be accepted.  The Schererville Parks and Recreation staff reserves the right to not accept applications for items or displays made with poor craftsmanship, look unprofessional, have too many of a certain category, or any other reason at the discretion of the Recreation Director.
 
DOOR PRIZE DONATION:  We are asking that all vendors donate an item such as gift basket, gift certificate, merchandise, or service related to their booth for our raffle that will be held throughout the duration of the craft show.  All items must be presented upon check in.

Prices

Single Space - 10x10- BYOT - OUTSIDE - March 25th & 26th - 2023 $75.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Each booth is 10x10. Larger spaces are available through multiple single booth quantity registrations. 1 booth = 10x10 2 booth = 10x20 Tables & Chairs are NOT provided. This space is RAIN or SHINE. A tent is REQUIRED to participate outside. Set up Dates & Times: Friday, March 24th 2023 - 5pm-7pm (Fixtures only, no product) Saturday, March 25h 2023 - 5am-8am (Giant Tent Setup and outdoor vendors) Security will be onsite overnight Saturday into Sunday.

I will follow the rules and regulations and if I do not adhere to all regulations or if I misrepresent myself, or the item I am selling, I will be asked to leave with no refund.
