About the application

Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates the glory of music, the arts and family fun on March 25 & 26, 2023. You are invited to apply as a Children’s vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show, held in Blackburn Park in Brookhaven, Georgia. Load in is on Friday beginning at noon, and again on Saturday morning from 7am until 9am.
• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are face painting (FILLED), sand art (FILLED), painting projects and other activities for children. Products may not be sold. An inflatable ride vendor has already been chosen. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of your application submission.
•SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on grass. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs. 
•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are $250 per space. Fees are nonrefundable. Fees will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%.

About the event

Join us in Blackburn Park for this extravaganza of the visual arts, live entertainment, a sprawling Kidz Zone and lots of tasty festival cuisine and beverages. Hosted by the City of Brookhaven, Splash Festivals produces the colorful Artist Market for this annual celebration of springtime in the city. The application for the Artist Market can be found here.

10' x 10' space $250.00 Non-refundable You are capable of operating your space within a 10' x 12' space without need for space in front of, beside or behind you.
Tent 10 x 10 $200.00 Non-refundable 10 x 10 tent with open sides and one 8' table. Includes weights.
