About the event

Bring the entire family for a FREE fun-filled, interactive walk around North Pond at Creekside Park. We will have vendors, music and, of course, the Easter Bunny! Drop by any time between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Bring a basket or bag for your share of our 25,000 treat filled Easter Eggs!

About the registration

Do you want to promote your business/organization while helping out the Easter Bunny himself? Join us as a vendor for the Easter Bunny Hop at Creekside Park. We will provide eggs for you to hand out as families and friends make their way around North Pond at Creekside Park. Vendors are NOT allowed to sell at this event.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT INFORMATION:  
  • Credit Card Only
  • Non-profit organizations will receive a refund after the event ($50). FAILURE TO SHOW will result in forfeiting the refund. 
  • Note: registration will not be approved till payment is received.
 
GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION
  • Event is scheduled for Saturday, April 7th, 4:30-7:30pm and will be held at Johns Creek City Hall - 11360 Lakefield Drive, Johns Creek GA 30097.
  • Vendors should arrive between 3:00pm - 3:30pm to set-up. Your area will be marked around North Pond in Creekside Park (we will provide you with a map before you arrive).
  • All vendors must be setup and ready by 3:30pm, please allow adequate time to get to your spot and get set up. At the completion of the event, vendors are required to clean up their area. 
  • All vendors need to provide their own tent (no larger than 10x10),
  • City will provide 8ft table and 2 chairs. 
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own handouts. (Plan on 2500-3000 attending). It is encouraged that vendors have something interactive and fun to do for families.
  • Vendors are encouraged to decorate booths in EASTER theme.
  • The City of Johns Creek will provide approximately 2000 eggs to each vendor to hand out. 
  • Electricity WILL NOT be available to vendors. 
  • Vendors are not allowed to sell items at this event. 
  • Vendors are required to stay at their booth. Vendors cannot solicit away from their booth.
  • Vendor booth, signs, information, activity, etc. shall not be political in nature.
  • The City of Johns Creek reserves the right to require vendors to provide a certificate of insurance (COI).
