Each exhibitor agrees to hold harmless show management from any and liability that might ensure from any cause. I accept all responsibility of selling during the time that I am at the Empowerher/ Carolina Market Place Expos event. I am fully accountable and responsible for all activity that happens in the event space provided by Empowerher LLC/ Carolina Market Place Expos assumes no responsibility for any injury, accident or property damage is cause by negligence of Exhibitor, his/ her agent employee that occurs on the premises during any event.
• ADVERTISEMENT: Empowerher LLC/Carolina Market PlaceExpos will advertise the event in social media and More. We ask you to share the information with your customers base. Once your application has been accepted you will be given details on posting the event.
• PHOTO RELEASE: I grant permission and consent to Empowerher / Carolina Market place Expos event for the use of the photographs and videos taken on the date of the events for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: Publicity, copyright, illustration, advertising, and web content.

• Products and Services Displayed Sold Must Be According To Contract. All Signs and Banners must be professional. * NO LATE SET- UPS OR EARLY BREAKDOWNS ARE ALLOWED *.
