Time: Saturday 11 AM-5 PM Empower her provides a marketplace for all female founded brands and businesses to connect, network, promote their brand, meet new customers and increase their database.
We welcome all women from different industries that have passionate about the empowerment of women.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
THE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. THE REFUNDS ARE MADE ONLY IF THE ARE NO MAKE UP DATE.
ALL CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING.SET UPS/ SPACES: ALL Vendors must bring a black tablecloth
BOOTH AREA
• VIP Booth includes 8 ft table one chair.
No plastic table cloth and table cloth must be floor length all the way around
The goal is
cloth hang all the way to the floor to hide items you may store under the table so the show maintains a neat and professional appearance. Rules & Regulations for Vendors
EXHIBITORS
Remain at your assigned booth area to limit interference with shoppers or traffic flow.
Exhibitors must staff booth and remain open to the public the hours below.

set up starts at 8:45 AM and market opens to the public at 11 AM.

Each exhibitor agrees to hold harmless show management from any and liability that might ensure from any cause. I accept all responsibility of selling during the time that I am at the Empowerher/ Carolina Market Place Expos event. I am fully accountable and responsible for all activity that happens in the event space provided by Empowerher LLC/ Carolina Market Place Expos assumes no responsibility for any injury, accident or property damage is cause by negligence of Exhibitor, his/ her agent employee that occurs on the premises during any event.
- ADVERTISEMENT: Empowerher LLC/Carolina Market PlaceExpos will advertise the event in social media and More. We ask you to share the information with your customers base. Once your application has been accepted you will be given details on posting the event.
- DAMAGES: You are not allowed to hang/tape(command strip) anything on the walls. You are responsible for any damage incurred in your booth(space). Please have your space inspected before you leave. Empowerher is not responsible for Stolen or damage items.
- By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the vendor agreement terms and conditions.
- PHOTO RELEASE: I grant permission and consent to Empowerher / Carolina Market place Expos event for the use of the photographs and videos taken on the date of the events for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: Publicity, copyright, illustration, advertising, and web content.
