About the event

Inviting all Leprechauns and Lilburchauns to participate in the City of Lilburn's annual Lilburchuan Parade on Saturday March 18th! This walking parade and St. Patrick's celebration will take place inside Lilburn City Park. The event will begin at 2pm with DJ Matt providing music and fun activities. Meet in front of the band shell at 3:00 pm dressed in your most festive St. Patrick's Day attire for a short parade around the park, led by a Leprechaun Stilt Walker and Bagpipe player! Dress up your pet, decorate your bicycles, wagons, and strollers. After the parade we will crown the best leprechaun look-alikes, also known as our "Lilburchauns"! Prizes will be awarded for: Mr. Lilburchaun, Ms. Lilburchaun, Lad and Lassie Lilburchauns - 2 prizes, Best dressed Pet and Best Decorated Ride. Performances on stage by the Drake School of Irish Dance, the Athens Piper, and Leprechaun Fiddler. We may even have a little Leprechaun magic. Agavero Parkside will have all of your favorites including green adult beverages.

About the application

This application is for food vendors.  Be sure to answer all questions and upload all requested information in order to be considered.
Food vendor fee will be charged upon approval and you must have a valid credit card on file.  If your card is declined your application will be rejected.
This is an electronic agreement. When applying to be a vendor for this event you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
The event is Saturday March 18, 2023,  2-5pm in Lilburn City Park.

Terms & Conditions

Rules for food vendors:
  • Application deadline is February 19, 2023
  • Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
  • The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
  • If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up. That truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck/food vendor unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
  • No-show vendors will be dropped for the event with no refund.
  • Vendors should arrive at their scheduled time assigned by the Event Coordinator.
  • Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.-Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park
  • You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
  • All events are outside rain or shine.

  • The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By signing this electronic agreement and checking the box on the application the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.

Prices

Food Vendor Savory/Hot $75 Non-refundable The $75.00. The event is rain or shine. The vendor fee is nonrefundable unless the event has to be cancelled.
