About the event

APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED AND THE WAIT LIST IS FULL. We will post applications for all three of our festival (Main Street Festival, PumpkinFest, and Dickens of a Christmas) by the middle of January. Dickens of a Christmas presented by Wilson Bank & Trust attracts 115,000 people and recreates the time of Charles Dickens using historic downtown Franklin’s charming architecture as the backdrop. A variety of musicians, dancers and Dickens characters will fill the streets. Expect to see and interact with the nefarious Fagin from Oliver Twist; Jacob Marley, Ebenezer Scrooge, Tiny Tim and the rest of the Cratchit family from A Christmas Carol; and of course, a Victorian Father and Mother Christmas with treats for children. The festival is produced by the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County. Featuring: 150+ Arts & Crafts Vendors 30+ Food & Beverage Vendors Main Stage Entertainment KidZone Victorian Village with Holiday Dancers, Characters and Carolers Acoustic Stage Buskers Corner Whiskey Lounge Beer Tent

Terms & Conditions

If you are a non profit 501(c)3 or community based organization interested in having a booth space at the festivals without having to commit to being a sponsor, you can apply to be considered for a community partner booth. Due to the number of applications, if accepted to participate in one of our festivals, your business/organization will not be considered for other festivals during the calendar year.
 
We actively select community partners that reflect the values of the Heritage Foundations mission that carry on our community traditions and cultural heritage through advocacy, education, preservation and community engagement. 
After you complete the application, we will send out official invites by the notification date.

The Heritage Foundation is a non-partisan, community and preservation driven organization, and as such, no political affiliations will be allowed to participate in this event. The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the participation or to cancel the participation of a participant not in keeping with the mission and standards for programming of the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County and/or which are obscene, vulgar or degrading toward individuals based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or national origin.
