APPLY NOW--Application Deadline has been extended to Wednesday, March 15, 2023--APPLY NOW The 55th annual Yellow Daisy Festival is a juried arts and crafts show, featuring some of the Nation's finest artists and crafters. Despite its growth from a small show to over 200,000 attending the four-day festival, the Yellow Daisy Festival continues to have a special small-town feel like it did in 1968 when vendors sold their crafts out of horse stalls. The mission of reconnecting families and friends with fun, shopping, live entertainment, children's activities, scrumptious festival food, and unique creations has remained constant over five decades. Daily schedule: Thursday, September 7, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday-Sunday, September 8-10, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

About the registration

  • The Yellow Daisy Festival will be held Thursday, September 7 through Sunday, September 10, 2023. Hours are 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Thursday; 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday-Sunday.
  • Early Check-in, Tuesday, September 5, 2023; Regular Check-In Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
  • Vendors are required to be present each day with inventory that will last the length of the four-day event; with booths stocked and appealing/inviting to potential customers.
  • The Festival is a rain-or-shine event. In case of dangerous weather situations, YDF follows the instruction of Stone Mountain Park Police and Safety Department. Tents should be sturdy enough to withstand rain showers and/or wind, which are common in the Metro Atlanta area for September.
  • All applications will be presented to the jury in April and May for acceptance. The jury fee (non-refundable) and booth fee must be paid to be eligible for review.
  • Accepted Food Gift/Mix applicants will be required to complete a Department of Public Health application.
  • If you must withdraw your application, it must be done prior to the application deadline, March 10, 2023, to receive a refund. APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED to Wednesday, March 15 2023.
  • Applicants will be notified of acceptance/non-acceptance in late May 2023.

Single Booth $550 10' x 10' booth space located along a path in the loop area of the Yellow Daisy Event space.
Double booth $1,150 20' x 20' booth space located along a path in the Loop area of the Yellow Daisy Event space.

Amenities-10' x 10' Tent Only $215 Tent rental includes delivery and set-up prior to vendor arrival; appropriate and secure staking; take-down post-event
Amenities-10' x 10' Tent with Walls $325 Tent walls installed on 10' x 10' tent.
Amenities-20' x 20' Tent Only $550 Tent rental includes delivery and set-up prior to vendor arrival; appropriate and secure staking; take-down post-event.
Amenities-20' x 20' Tent with Walls $750 Tent walls installed on 20' x 20' tent.
Amenities - Electricity $125 Access to 1 outlet=15 amps (1500 watts with a standard 110 volt) for the four-day event. Vendor must provide 100' commercial grade extension cord.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 7
  • ONE photo of artist(s) working in workshop, studio, etc.--DO NOT send a photo of crafter simply holding a finished product --TWO photos of booth set-up --TWO-FOUR photos of the art/craft --TWO photos of receipts and/or order forms for the purchase of raw materials that reflect name and/or signature of crafter. ALL photos and receipts should have occurred within 24 months of the March 10, 2023 deadline.
