About the event

Queen City Anime Con is Charlotte’s premiere anime convention, focused on celebrating fandom and LBGTQ+ culture through engaging performances, cosplay, and community experiences. Come enjoy a 3-Day Weekend of celebration and fun! Hang out in the game room, or meet some of your favorite voice actors. Participate in our cosplay contest, or stay to watch our awesome shows! Attendee Refund Policy: Queen City Anime Con Inc is not responsible for event cancellations due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. We care about our attendees and the small businesses that put their trust in us. In the event that Queen City Anime Con Inc has no choice but to cancel the event, for any reasons other than those listed above, attendees and small businesses will be refunded 100% first; afterwards, remaining organizational funds will be utilized to pay any outstanding debts against the corporation.

About the application

Hello Artists! If you're interested in selling your creations in the QCAC Artist Alley then please fill out this application and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
 
We do make our approvals based on a jury system on a rolling basis, so definitely provide us with as much info as possible (links to your website, Etsy store, etc and pictures of the items you plan to sell). Apply by June 1st for priority consideration but we will continue taking applications for as long as we have space.
 
Hand-made items and commissioned works are welcome. Below is a list of some of the products we're looking to have available in our Artist Alley: Stickers, Posters, Prints, Paintings, Bookmarks, Drawings, Pins/buttons/keychains, Comics/Manga, doujinshi, zines, Calendars, CD's, Books, T-Shirts and other clothing, Bags, Cards, Games, Etched glass, Ears/tails, Jewelry, Costumes, Plushies, Props, Origami, etc.
 
Vendors/Artists are fully responsible for the risks associated with selling items violating any copyright and trademark laws at Queen City Anime Con Inc.
 
Additional Vendor/Artist badges will be available for purchase for $25 via Eventeny - please message us and we can aid you in purchasing additional badges.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT FOR BOOTH(S): 
Full payment for vendor/artist space is due upon application approval. If the balance cannot be processed within two weeks of approval date your booth(s) are forfeited and no refunds will be issued for any deposit amount paid. We do not guarantee any sales and reserve the right to refuse the sale of exhibitor booths to anyone for any reason. 
 
CANCELLATION:
Vendors/artists may cancel their vendor/artist space reservation and receive a 50% refund on their deposit if they notify the convention via email at least 30 days prior to the event.

Queen City Anime Con Inc is not responsible for event cancellations due to weather, pandemic, or acts of God. 

We care about our community and the small businesses that put their trust in us. In the event that Queen City Anime Con Inc has no choice but to cancel the event, for any reasons other than those listed above, individuals and small businesses will be refunded 100% first; afterwards, remaining organizational funds will be utilized to pay any outstanding debts against the corporation. 
 
UNCLAIMED BOOTHS: 
Any vendor space not claimed by end of day on 08/11/2023, will be forfeited without refund. Please notify the vendors team via email in case of emergency.

COUNTERFEIT GOODS:
Queen City Anime Convention does not allow the sale of any merchandise that violates United States copyright laws. Vendors should report any concerns to QCAC staff. Queen City Anime Convention reserves the right to inspect any merchandise available for sale in the vendors/artists room, request that a vendor/artist remove any merchandise identified as illegal or counterfeit from their vendor/artist space, or remove a vendor/artist from the convention without refund for noncompliance with this policy.
