About the application

This is for Michelin Star Mexican food vendors are offering a fine dining experience. 
 
You must arrive no later than 7am to set up to ensure smooth opening. Breakdown begins at 9:45pm.
 
Food must be made to order to ensure freshness and ingredients must arrive in sterilized metal containers. Food must be served as no less than 3 courses per customer.
 
No more than 5 vendors per Mexican region will be accepted and comes at a first come first served based (ex. only up to five Guatemala food vendors allowed and so on)

About the event

We've all seen or been to a food festival. Usually they are serving one type of cuisine or there isn't a lot of variety. Now, foodies can come together and taste the globe without even leaving the US! And no, this isn't just another one of those trendy food festivals either, it's the real deal!

Terms & Conditions

The host will contact you to schedule a paid tasting for quality assurance. You MUST have obtained at least one Michelin Star or more to participate in the VIP areas. No shows will be charged an extra 50% of the application fee.
 
If you arrive more than 30 minutes after 7am for reasons within your control, you will be charged 25% of the application fee for each day you are late. This is a massive event, and we will not tolerate a delayed start.
 
No refunds after January first. If you need to cancel due to emergency or health reasons, please contact the host immediately.

Prices

Building $600.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable You will receive your own building that emulates a restaurant setting complete with a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area.
