About the application

We are so honored that you're considering becoming a vendor at our fall festival. Strawberry Man Inc will be your host. Supporting small business like YOU is our passion. Nothing is more important than our vendors. The Benson Community Pop-up will consist of 40 vendors, kids zone, DJ, food trucks, legion concessions, raffles.
So, welcome to our event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

The Benson Community Pop-Up is here to create an amazing event that will bring our community together. We want to connect local artists and small businesses to the public to give them a new, fun platform to share their brand. We will be hosting this event at our beautiful, 23-acre garden center and nursery, Hand Picked Nursery. Information for Vendors: Set up will be from 9-10:30. You can park in the main parking lot. After setting up, we will have vendors move to an alternate parking lot on the backside of the property. Your booth space will be sent to you through Eventeny prior to the event!

Terms & Conditions

This event is a juried event. This means that not everyone who applies will be accepted as we only have 45 spaces and will limit the number in each category. We will carefully consider each vendor based on the quality of their merchandise and the mix of their products.  
So please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. ONCE ACCEPTED YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED. We will communicate with our vendors here, thru the Eventeny platform, leading up to the event and all-important details. For more updates that will be made to the public, follow our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/handpickednursery/   Option ONE: Indoor vendor space 10x10 ($100) You must provide your own tables. (12 spots only) Option TWO: Outdoor space 10x10 ($75) You must provide your own tent and tables.
 
Accepted vendors will be notified via an email THROUGH EVENTENY. All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. EVEN IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER. We do not allow CREDIT TRANSFERS for any event.   Food trucks and food tent vendors are welcome to apply. • We do not duplicate menus • Separate applications must be submitted for each food truck or food tent. Payment is due upon approval.

Outdoor 10x10 Booth $75.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Must provide table and tent for the event.
