About the application

WELCOME TO THE 2022 COCA-COLA FAN EXPERIENCE! 
 
The stage is set for the CRICKET CELEBRATION BOWL, the must-see destination for HBCU college football fans on December 16-17, 2022. Aclipse Marketing, an experiential event and marketing company, is pleased to provide turnkey event management for the COCA-COLA FAN EXPERENCE.
 
Food Truck Vending Hours:
Friday, December 16, 2022 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm 

Terms & Conditions

Food Truck Vending will only take place on Friday, December 16, 2022. 
 
1. PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment is required to secure your space. This payment will be charged upon approval of this application. All application approvals will be subject to a 3% transaction fee and local taxes. Customers are responsible for any bank processing fees.
 
2. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS: electronic signatures on this application or photocopies of the original application are binding as if they were original signatures. You, the customer, hereby authorize ACLIPSE Marketing as your irrevocable agent to complete and sign all credit, charge, or debit card slips for customer’s credit or bank card for all amounts due to ACLIPSE Marketing by renter under this application, including cleaning charges, repair charges for damage to the property or equipment, and the full replacement cost of the rented property if lost, stolen or damaged. 
 
3. RETURN OF SPACE, EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY & CLEANING FEES:
Upon vacating booth spaces, vendors will ensure that such space shall be free of any and all trash or refuse with such being placed in its appropriate containers. 
 
4.VENDOR SET-UP
Vendors are responsible for their own set up/station. Including cooking equipment, power, lights etc.
 
For this event, food trucks are required to have tar paper or tarp under their trucks in order to ensure that grease stains are not left. You should expect to take all grease upon departure. 
 
5. VENDOR ARRIVAL
Vendor agrees to arrive by the designated required time for set up, this will be supplied at a later date. 
 
6. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)
All trucks are required to have an active COI in order to participate. COI's will need to have (2) addendums added to include Mercedes Benz Stadium. Once your application is submitted, addendums will be sent via email to your email on file. After update, please forward a copy to Yolanda Moore at ymoore@aclipsemarketing.net with a note detailing the exact placement of said addendums. 
 
7. PAYMENT 
Payment is not collected until your COI has been received. Once received, your application will be approved, and your form of payment on file will be charged all associated fees and taxes.
