About the application

Due to our commitment to keep the number of vendors versus festival attendees at optimal levels, we are not accepting food vendor applications at this time. You may, however, apply and be placed on our waitlist should a vendor drop out.
 
Welcome to the event! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 
 
All Vendors applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please make sure to sign, date and upload all agreements. Also, make sure to upload pictures of all required food and safety options. 
 
Applications will not be approved until all documentation has been provided and verified. Selection of vendors will be based upon those who provide complete applications first.

  • Please upload a copy of your Safe Serve Certification
  • Please upload a picture of your food storage, temperature control, hand washing & utensil washing equipment (whichever are applicalbe)
  • Please describe what on-site handwashing/sanitation, utensil washing, food thermometer, temperature food control you will use at the event.
