About the application

LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) has received a special exception from the City of LaBelle to allow a food truck in Barron Park.
Space is available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (unless otherwise noted) from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm*. 
Sundays are 11am to 6pm.
We will allow one Sunday a month for setup. Sunday Dates to be Determined.The rental fee is only $20 per day! All fees collected go towards the revitalization efforts of Barron Park.We will announce which truck will be at the park on our website, www.downtownlabelle.com/foodtruck and on our social media channels.Please note: We only allow food trucks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. Please do not sign up outside of these days. Available Sundays will be announced monthly on www.downtownlabelle.com/foodtruck.Please note:  THIS IS STRICTLY FOR FOOD TRUCKS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU DO NOT COME IN A FOOD TRUCK. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN.

Terms & Conditions

We have been granted permission to have one food truck in Barron Park from October to May 31, 2023. There is no restriction on the size of the food truck.Please submit the following documents to LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) via email to downtownlabelle@gmail.com or submit with the application:HEALTH DEPARTMENT CERTIFICATE
CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY: THE CITY OF LABELLE AS CERTIFICATE HOLDER:  $500,000 COVERAGE

 Please note:  THIS IS STRICTLY FOR FOOD TRUCKS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU DO NOT COME IN A FOOD TRUCK. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN.  As a food truck owner, you agree to stay in the designated area in Barron Park (west side of pavilion in parking lot), 
agree to limited flags - no more than 3 flags/signs announcing your presence,  
agree to not obstruct pedestrian or motor vehicle traffic, 
agree to never leave my food truck unattended, 
agree that you will not connect to City of LaBelle utility services, 
agree to not make excessive noise, 
agree to not add additional seating around your food truck, 
agree to take all trash &  litter & garbage & waste generated by my vending operations,agree to have an actual food truck.
