About the application

This is for a booth space for movie night on October 29. Businesses will be asked to be set up by 5 pm to participate in Trick or Treating in the park before the movie night event. Vendors will be asked to provide their own candy, a game or a small prize for trick or treaters who come to the park early for movie night.  Load in for vendors will be approximately 4 pm. Movies start at 7 pm. Vendors may leave after second movie starts. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR FOOD VENDORS, THIS IS FOR BUSINESSES OR NON-PROFITS WHO WANT TO PARTICIPATE.   

About the event

Join us for Halloween fun on Saturday October 29. We will host a double feature movie starring Hocus Pocus and Ghostbusters Afterlife. The first movie starts at 7 pm. Businesses are welcome to set up tents and give out prizes, candy or treats to trick-or-treaters before the movie starts. Fun and games start at 5 pm. Businesses must provide their own giveaways!

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Non-profit booth $75.00 Non-refundable This fee is for a 501C3 group to participate at the event. Groups who register as a non-profit may NOT sell food that is NOT prepared in a commercial kitchen inspected by a health department. NO cottage license businesses will be approved.
Application fees $10.00 Non-refundable Fee to submit application for approval. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All vendors will be notified in a timely manor of acceptance.
Booth Fee $150.00 Non-refundable
