About the event

The Inaugural Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF2022) is a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival being held at 4237 Raleigh Street on October 8th and 9th from 11am and to 3pm each day. CCAF2022 features a fee-based street chalk art competition for ages 12 to 17 and 18+. Each category, including Youth Teams, will compete for Cash Prizes. Festival goers will watch a street chalk art gallery come to life while enjoying various music and performance offerings, patronizing our curated arts and crafts, and food and beverage vendors.

About the application

Spend the weekend, two (2) days, with us and market your Food & Beverage offerings to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) goers and competitors. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential.
 
Our food and beverage marketplace will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to local providers in the Charlotte and surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. Payment is not expected until after approval. You are REQUIRED to be onsite both days, October 1st and 2nd, 11am to 3pm with a one hour in advance set-up time.
 
CCAF2022 will take place outside at the Trailhead Building located at 4237 Raleigh Street, Charlotte, NC 28213. CCAF2022 is sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions, Charlotte Art League, Flywheel Group, Cluck Design, and The Spoke Easy.

Terms & Conditions

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival committee reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
 
If accepted, you will be REQUIRED to sign a Vendor Liability Form.
 
CCAF2022 is a two-day RAIN OR SHINE EVENT – NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED.
 
CCAF2022 committee reserves the right to CLOSE the festival on either day due to extreme weather or public safety concerns, without refund to vendor. We reserve the right to POSTPONE the festival prior to October 1st should there be an in advance warning of extreme weather, without refund to vendor. Should there be a POSTPONEMENT, the festival will be moved to October 8th and 9th and all approved vendors will retain their space, without refund to vendor.

Two Day-Food &/OR Beverage Truck/Tent Space Application $100 Non-refundable Our food and beverage marketplace will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to local providers in the Charlotte and surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. You are REQUIRED to be onsite both days, October 1st and 2nd, 11am to 3pm with a one hour in advance set-up time. You must bring YOUR OWN WHITE Tent. You will bring your own table, chair(s), and product offerings. You will be contacted if selected and upon agreeing to participate, you will be charged the full non-refundable price.
