You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending dates. Select all dates that you want to participate in ( You will not be charged for them all at once ) you will only be charged per individual event as it approaches 2 weeks prior.
NO REFUNDS:There are no refunds of the vending as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent and event costs.
WEATHER:
The market is a rain or shine event. We will remain open in all weather that allows us to continue to operate safely. As long as we are open, you are permitted to continue to sell.
YOUR VENDING SPACE:
Each vendor space at Artist Open Market is an approximately 10’x10’ (with additional space between vendors) spot on the asphalt of the of the venue. No additional vending materials will be provided.
SPOT REQUESTS:
Vendor spot requests are first-come, first served. If you do not have a spot preference, one will be assigned to you. Please note, vendor spot preferences will be highly considered but CANNOT be guaranteed.
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN:
Setup time is between 7AM - 10AM. All vendors must be setup and ready to vend by market open (10 AM). Any vendors that arrive after market open, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to setup. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (4 PM). Breaking down early requires permission from flea event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets.
FOOD VENDORS:
Food Vendors that do not operate out of a food truck, must make sure they have obtained a Temporary Food Permit from the Monroe County Health Department and follow all necessary guidelines (food permit and guidelines attached below). ONLY food truck vendors are allowed to operate an open flame at the market. If you are a food vendor that does not operate within a food truck, you cannot use any open flames to cook at your booth due to Rochester Fire Department event safety regulations.
MARKET VALUES:
Artist Open Market is first and foremost a safe and all inclusive atmosphere for all, creators, patrons and visitors alike, to be enriched by each other and positively affecting the community. NO trash left behind, what comes with you goes with you ( We want our host to welcome us back again & again )
Hate is never tolerated.
Socially disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
I hereby declare that I have read and accept all conditions of Artisan Open Market. I understand that there are no refunds of the vending fee. I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly.
Artisan Open Market and affiliated businesses including Community First Advertising Group LLC, Sponsors or event host are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or injury during the event.
