Welcome to the MiraiCon Night Market Exhibitor Application! 

General Information

MiraiCon Night Market is a one night event centered around music, anime and pop culture that attracts a wide range of attendees, offering an exciting marketplace for vendors. We are seeking vendors who fit into specific categories to offer unique and relevant products to our attendees.

Night Market Description:

Artists: 

Independent artists selling original art, prints, crafts, and other handmade or self-designed goods. All art must comply with copyright laws in the United States.

Vendors:

• Merchandise: Vendors selling licensed anime, manga, gaming, or pop culture merchandise such as figures, posters, clothing, and accessories.
• Crafts & Collectibles: Handmade items, fan-created crafts, or collectible items relevant to the anime and pop culture community.
• Food & Beverage: Vendors providing packaged or ready-to-eat food and beverages (no cooking allowed in the venue).

Acceptance and Payment

Upon approval, we will charge the card on file. If there is an error in payment, you will be moved to the waitlist. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out asap via Eventeny messenger.

MiraiCon Night Market Exhibitor Application Information TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the first annual MiraiCon Night Market! We are excited to invite vendors and artists (hearby referred to as exhibitor(s)) to join us on our exhibit floor at Black Box Media Miami on June 26, 2026 from 8pm-2am.

Booth and Table Pricing:

  Exhibitor Booths:

     8x8 Space: $75 Qty 12. Max allowed per business: 2

     6x5 Space: $50 Qty 5. Max allowed per business: 1.

Included with Each Booth:

• Two entry passes.
  • Additional passes available for purchase at a reduced rate of $10 each.
• Tables & chairs available for a separate fee. 

**Important Note:** Completing and submitting the exhibitor application does not guarantee placement in the exhibit hall. Selection is subject to space availability and adherence to our guidelines. 

Exhibitor Hall Rules & Policies 

 1. Space and Accessibility:

• The width of aisles must be maintained to ensure accessibility for all attendees,  including those using wheelchairs.
• Displays and merchandise must be confined to the area allocated to you. Encroaching into neighboring spaces or moving tables without permission is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate corrective action, which may include removal from the event without a refund.
• Exhibitors may not ship to the venue directly.

2. Contract and Subletting: 

• All exhibitors must have a signed contract on file with MiraiCon. Setup is not permitted without this signed contract.
• Subletting or transferring your booth or table to another individual or entity is strictly prohibited. Only the person or organization named in the approved application may occupy and sell from the allocated space. 

3. Prohibited Activities:

• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcoholic beverages  are not permitted in any area of the exhibit hall or venue 

4. Merchandise Regulations:

• All merchandise sold must be officially licensed. Sales of unlicensed videos, DVDs, or any other merchandise are not permitted. MiraiCon reserves the right to investigate and verify the licensing status of merchandise. Vendor exhibitors found in violation will be required to remove such items and may face immediate expulsion from the event without a refund. 
• 3-D printed merchandise is not permitted for sale unless you own the original or commercial rights to the 3-D model (vs. downloading a design from the Internet) yourself.
• The sale of AI (artificial intelligence) generated artwork is strictly prohibited at MiraiCon. If you are found to be selling items that appear to be generated via AI and cannot provide proof of origin, you may be asked to leave without a refund. MiraiCon and its staff reserve the right to review all merchandise in the exhibit hall.

5. Adult Material:

• The Night Market is 21+ and we allow a certain level of 18+ content. 
• Merchandise promoting or depicting illegal or inappropriate content, such as pedophilia, is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

6. Flyers and Promotions:

• Distribution of flyers for outside events or non-exhibiting businesses is not allowed on the exhibit floor. Flyers should be submitted to the flyer table in the hallway for staff approval. Approved flyers may be distributed at designated community tables only.

7. Audio and Music:

• Audio displays must be kept at a reasonable volume. The event staff reserves the right to request volume adjustments as necessary. 

8. Taxes and Licenses:

• Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payment of all local, state, and  federal taxes. Ensure compliance with any necessary operating licenses required by local, state, or  federal authorities. 

9. Insurance and Liability:

• Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for their property and merchandise. This insurance should cover potential loss, damage, or liability that may occur during the event.
• MiraiCon, its staff and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to exhibitors, their associates, or their property.
• Insurance coverage is the sole responsibility of the exhitibor, and MiraiCon will not be held responsible for any claims related to property or personal injury. 

10. Tape and Adhesives: 

• Do not use tape, adhesives, or any sticky materials on venue surfaces, including walls, floors, tables, and chairs. 

11. Harassment and Conduct: 

• Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior toward other exhibitors, guests, or attendees is not tolerated. You will receive a maximum of one warning. Continued violations will result in removal from the exhibit hall and event premises, and you will only be permitted to pack your merchandise after exhibit hall hours. 

12. Exclusivity:

• No exhibitor will be granted exclusive rights to sell any specific item or type of item within the event.

13. Liability and Force Majeure:

• MiraiCon is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or other events beyond control. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by such events.

14. Refund Policy:

• Once payment is made, refunds are provided on a case by case basis. If you have questions or concerns in regards to refunds please email us at: miraiconexpo@gmail.com.

15. Agreement: 

• By submitting your application, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions as well as the general policies of MiraiCon. 

****If your application is accepted and approved, a detailed message containing contact information for the onsite coordinator, exhibitor hall map and placement, electricity order form, and load information  will be sent out.
