Each vendor booth at the Alt Art Exchange Card Show includes:
- One (1) 8ft wide x 4ft deep vendor space
- One (1) 8ft table
- Two (2) chairs

Terms & Conditions
Alt Art Exchange Vendor Terms & Conditions
These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Alt Art Exchange Card Show. By purchasing vendor space, submitting payment, or participating in the event, Vendor agrees to all terms outlined below.
1. Event Scope
Alt Art Exchange is a trading card focused event. Approved vendor categories primarily include:
Sports cards
Trading card games (TCGs)
Graded cards
Sealed hobby product
Trading card accessories
Card storage and protection products
Card related collectibles
Hobby services related to trading cards
Event Management reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any vendor category, inventory type, display, or activity deemed inconsistent with the event’s focus or standards.
2. Vendor Space Usage
Vendor spaces are assigned specifically for the approved business or individual listed during registration.
Vendor may not:
Sublease space
Share booths without written approval
Expand beyond assigned boundaries
Obstruct aisles or neighboring vendors
Conduct sales outside assigned space
All displays, tables, inventory, banners, fixtures, and personal belongings must remain within the purchased booth area.
3. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must complete setup during designated move in hours provided by Event Management.
Early breakdown is strictly prohibited unless approved by Event Management. Vendors who break down early may be restricted from future events.
Vendor agrees to:
Keep booth staffed during public hours
Maintain a professional presentation
Remove all trash and materials after the event
4. Accepted Merchandise
Only legal merchandise related primarily to trading cards and approved hobby categories may be sold.
Prohibited items include:
Counterfeit or fake cards/products
Bootleg merchandise
Replicas represented as authentic
Stolen merchandise
Offensive or illegal material
Weapons or hazardous materials
Unlicensed reproductions violating copyright or trademark law
Event Management reserves sole discretion in determining prohibited merchandise.
Any vendor found selling counterfeit or fraudulent products may be immediately removed without refund.
5. Authenticity Responsibility
Vendor is fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, condition, and representation of all products sold.
Event Management does not authenticate merchandise and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and vendors.
Vendors are encouraged to clearly disclose:
Reprints
Custom cards
Altered cards
Damaged product
Proxy items
Non factory sealed items
Misrepresentation of merchandise may result in removal from the event.
6. Payment Processing & Taxes
Vendor is solely responsible for:
Collecting and reporting applicable sales tax
Maintaining any required business licenses
Following federal, state, and local laws
Processing customer payments
Event Management is not responsible for vendor sales transactions, chargebacks, tax reporting, or financial disputes.
7. Security & Liability
While reasonable security measures may be present, Vendor acknowledges participation is at their own risk.
Event Management, venue ownership, affiliates, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and contractors are not responsible for:
Theft
Loss
Damage
Personal injury
Inventory loss
Weather interruptions
Power outages
Customer disputes
Vendor is responsible for securing and insuring their own inventory and property.
8. Conduct Policy
Vendors and staff must conduct themselves professionally at all times.
The following may result in immediate removal:
Harassment
Threatening behavior
Excessive profanity
Physical altercations
Intoxication
Discriminatory conduct
Disruptive behavior toward attendees, staff, or vendors
No refund will be issued for removals related to conduct violations.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All vendor booth sales are final.
No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued unless the event itself is officially canceled by Event Management.
If Vendor cannot attend, Event Management is not responsible for reselling or transferring vendor space.
10. Event Changes
Event Management reserves the right to:
Adjust floor plans
Reassign vendor locations
Modify schedules
Change event hours
Adjust policies as necessary for operational, safety, or venue requirements
Vendor understands booth placement is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
11. Media Release
Vendor grants Event Management permission to photograph and record booth spaces, products, branding, staff, and activities during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
12. Compliance With Venue Rules
Vendor agrees to comply with:
Venue regulations
Fire marshal requirements
Occupancy regulations
Electrical restrictions
Local safety codes
Event staff instructions
Unauthorized electrical equipment or unsafe displays may be removed.
13. Right of Removal
Event Management reserves the right to remove any vendor, product, display, or activity that violates these Terms & Conditions or negatively impacts the event, attendees, vendors, or venue operations.
Removal decisions are final.
14. Agreement
By purchasing vendor space or participating in the event, Vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
