About the application

Thank you for your interest in participating in Castro Merchants Present Pride! 

 

This application is for food vendors who will sell or distribute food but DO NOT plan to cook food on site. If you plan to sell or serve food that is cooked on site please go back and fill out the Food Vendor - Cooking On Site application. 

 

We will respond to your application June 10th. Please reach out to samantha@cgevents.co with questions. You are not confirmed to participate in the market unless you receive an official approval email on June 10th.  

 

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Castro Pride is a free, outdoor street fair-style block and community party held in the heart of the Castro, featuring local food and beverage vendors, retail makers, nonprofit organizations, and live entertainment. The event activates the public right-of-way with a curated marketplace, music, and performances, celebrating the joy and creativity of the LGBT community in a safe, engaging environment.

Vendors will be chosen at the discretion of Castro Merchants Present Pride with the intention of creating a diverse market that complements the neighborhood character and existing businesses within The Castro. An application is not a guarantee of participation in Castro Merchants Present Pride.

Single booth (10ftx10ft, tent included) $250.00 10FTx10FT Pop up tent included at no additional cost, please let us know if you'll be bringing your own tent.

  • I understand that if approved for the market I will need to sign and return the Vendor Regulations and Requirments linked above along with Insurance as outlined on pg. 4 of the Vendor Regulations and Requirments. I also understand that if approved for the market I must submit any requested paperwork for SFFD and SFDPH two weeks prior to the event.
  • Vendors serving food in the Castro Night Market are required to use compostable plant based servicewear such as bamboo. Plastic servicewear will no longer be allowed in the Castro Night Market.
