About the event

📣Calling all vendors, makers, and small businesses—join the South Hayward Market at St. Rose Hospital. West Coast Makers will be bringing its flair to this pop-up market series. We are excited to partner with organizations that are true staples of this community, and we are thrilled for what’s to come. Our partnership aims to bring vibrant market energy, helping elevate the neighborhood through community, entrepreneurship, and connection ✨ This is an amazing opportunity to grow with us in a highly visible location right off 680 on Tennyson—easy to find, visible from the main street, and with plenty of space for parking, making it convenient for both vendors and shoppers 🛍️ We’re partnering with Eden Youth and St. Rose to further activate this space through three South Hayward Market events, with the possibility of continuing at this location in the following months. Upcoming dates and times are scheduled for the second Saturday of every month, from 12-5pm, at 27200 Calaroga Ave, Hayward, CA 94545 (confirmed dates: 6/13, 7/11, and 8/8). If you’re ready to be part of something special and help ignite a community hub in South Hayward, we’d love to have you—come join us and let’s build together.

All Food, Beverage, & Pre Package Vendors must obtain their Alameda County TFF Permits 7-14 Days prior to all WCM Events. We can help you with this process to obtain all necessary documents.

 

Once approved- You will need to fill out you ACEHD
