Terms & Conditions

  • Craft a custom menu featuring $4-5 Tasting Sample (3pm-10pm), $10 Mini Meals (8pm-10pm), and Retail Products i.e. Peppersauce, Seasoning, T-shirts, etc
  • Submit menu item photos to display your offerings by May 20th
  • Must offer menu options at pre-determined price points only. You may choose any price for your retail products
  • Must pay Vendor Fee in full $400 to be confirmed. First come, first served. Limited capacity available. 
  • No restaurants are allowed to cook at the location. All food must come prepared, ready to serve, at appropriate food temps.
  • Restaurants must bring Chafer Sets and Two 6ft Rectangle Tables to serve your food at the location. Linens will be provided by organizers.
  • Must have insurance for our venue

    • Covering Limits Each Occurrence: $1,000,000 Damages: $50,000 Med Exp: $5,000 Personal & Adv Injury: $1,000,00 General Aggregate: $2,000,000 Products: $2,000,000.  
    • If you don't have COI you can purchase it from Eventeny. Submit proof of insurance by May 27th
  • No Shellfish allowed in any capacity i.e. sauces, marinades, ingredients and more...
  • No drink sales allowed for restaurants at this event
  • Please donate 1 half pan of rice, grain, or vegetable and 1 half pan of protein of your choosing to feed the event volunteers, staff and performers
    • Please label all food items and list dietary restrictions/ allergens
  • Sell Giftcards for your restaurant w/ a special promo to encourage people going to dine at your physical location
  • Share website and social media info for people to connect with your restaurant
  • Must participate in Social Media Campaign and adhere to posting schedule prior to event
  • We recommend using music by our headliner artist Lyrikal for promo content/videos. Not mandatory.
  • Must bring food thermometer and fire extinguisher
  • Provide custom promo code by May 20th for all participating restaurants for one time use for VIP valid June 1st through August 2026
  • Optional Provide custom promo codes for all participating restaurants for one time use for General ticket valid June 1st through August 2026
  • Bring compostable, recyclable, compostable or reusable togo containers for 8pm-10pm $10 mini meal food sale items 
  • Bring utensils for customers and napkins
  • Paper Bags for attendees that purchase multiple items
  • Minimum $250 Cleaning/Security Fee will be charged if you damage the venue. You will be notified on site if this fee will be charged.

Prices

Space $400.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable L Shaped Food Vendor space to sell Caribbean Tasting Samples, Mini Meals and Retail Products. Please note you will not be charged until your application is approved. We have limited capacity for Food Vendors at this event.
