Radio Promotion Opportunity – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: of contract agreement between Xtreme Dreams Foundation and Cumulos Radio
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Mogul Mixers Radio Promotion Opportunity, operated by Mogul Mixers Community Events / Xtreme Dreams Foundation (“Organizer”).
By registering and submitting payment, you (“Vendor” or “Participant”) agree to the following:
1. PROMOTIONAL SERVICE OVERVIEW
The Radio Promotion Package includes:
Promotional mentions across participating radio stations
Exposure to an estimated 6,000+ listeners
A promotional period of approximately one (1) week
Business name and/or brand inclusion in radio advertisements
  Exact airtimes, frequency, and station scheduling are determined by the Organizer and partnering stations.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Total Cost: $150 per vendor
Full payment is required prior to promotion
Submission without payment does NOT guarantee placement
3. NO REFUND POLICY (STRICT)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
This includes but is not limited to:
Vendor cancellation
Schedule conflicts
Perceived or actual results from promotion
Changes in radio scheduling or timing
Vendor acknowledges that:
This is a nonprofit-driven initiative under Xtreme Dreams Foundation
All funds are reinvested into:
Community events
Free public entertainment
Venue costs
Youth employment opportunities
By submitting payment, Vendor waives all rights to disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Organizer does NOT guarantee sales, leads, or specific business outcomes
Exposure and promotion do not guarantee customer conversion
Vendor understands this is a marketing opportunity, not a performance-based service
5. CONTENT & BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY
Vendor is responsible for providing accurate business information
Organizer reserves the right to edit promotional content for clarity, timing, or compliance
No inappropriate, illegal, or misleading content will be promoted
6. PROMOTION LIMITATIONS
Promotion is non-exclusive unless otherwise stated
Multiple vendors may be promoted within the same campaign
Station lineup and availability may vary without notice
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Vendor agrees to release and hold harmless:
Mogul Mixers Community Events, Xtreme Dreams Foundation, radio partners, staff, and affiliates
from any claims related to:
Business performance
Advertising results
Listener engagement
Financial outcomes
8. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT
Submission of registration and payment constitutes a binding electronic agreement
This agreement is enforceable under the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
Electronic consent holds the same legal weight as a physical signature
9. MODIFICATIONS
Organizer reserves the right to update, modify, or adjust promotional details or terms as necessary without prior notice.
