Finds on 4th is a community yard sale event in downtown Auburn where individuals may reserve a designated space to sell personal yard sale items to the public.

Finds on 4th Community Yard Sale – Terms & Conditions
• The cost to participate is $10 per space, which provides one (1) selling space at the Finds on 4th Community Yard Sale on May 16, 2026.
• All space purchases are non-refundable. Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.
• Should the event be postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, purchased spaces will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• Unloading and setup are permitted from 7:00–8:00 AM on the day of the event only.
• Spaces will be assigned the morning of the event upon check-in with Amanda Vinson.
• No early sales are permitted. Sales may begin only at the official start time of the event.
• All sales must stop at 12:00 PM sharp.
• Breakdown and removal of all items must be completed by 1:00 PM.
• Once the event begins, all vehicles and trailers must be parked on Waterworks Lane behind the Old City Hall and may not remain in vendor areas during the event.
• Participants must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and display materials. No electricity or equipment is provided.
• Space size is limited to the area designated by event staff. Participants may not occupy additional spaces beyond those purchased.
• This event is intended for personal yard sale items only. Commercial sales, food sales, alcohol, weapons, illegal items, animals, or hazardous materials are prohibited.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
•Participation is at the seller’s own risk. The City of Auburn, Main Street Auburn, and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for personal injury occurring during the event.
• Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates event rules, without refund.
• Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Failure to comply with event rules, timelines, unloading, or parking requirements may result in forfeiture of space without refund.
