About the application
The Little Luxe Market is a heavily juried, boutique-style pop-up event featuring a carefully curated selection of fashion-forward, handmade, and lifestyle brands. This is an intentionally small event with only 12 vendor spaces available, designed to create a cohesive, elevated shopping experience.
We are looking for vendors with a strong, intentional brand identity and products that align with a modern, stylish, and boutique aesthetic. This is not a general vendor market—each application is reviewed for overall fit, presentation, and visual cohesion with the event.
This market is designed to feel curated, high-end, and visually engaging, offering shoppers a refined experience while giving vendors meaningful exposure in a quality-focused environment.
In addition to being a pop-up market, this event is part of a larger effort through Wildflower Collective Group to support personal, professional, and small business development by providing intentional spaces for growth, visibility, and connection.
We are currently seeking vendors in categories such as:
- Boutique clothing & accessories
- Handmade goods with strong branding
- Beauty, wellness, and lifestyle products
- Elevated home décor or curated gift items
All applications are reviewed carefully to ensure alignment with the event aesthetic and overall vendor mix.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting a vendor application and/or participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions in full:
1. Juried Selection
Little Luxe Market is a heavily juried, curated pop-up market with strictly limited capacity of twelve (12) vendor spaces. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are selected at the sole discretion of the event organizers based on product quality, brand alignment, visual presentation, and overall event curation.
2. Acceptance & Payment
Approved vendors will receive written confirmation and payment instructions. Vendor fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline to secure participation. Failure to remit payment by the deadline may result in immediate forfeiture of the vendor space without further notice.
3. Vendor Cancellation
If a vendor withdraws or cancels participation for any reason after acceptance and/or payment, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. All vendor fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Event Cancellation (Organizer)
In the event Little Luxe Market is canceled or materially altered by the organizer, vendor fees will not be refunded. Instead, vendors will receive a non-transferable credit equal to the amount paid, applicable toward any future Wildflower Collective Group event occurring within twelve (12) months of the original event date. Any unused credit after this period will be forfeited.
5. Booth Requirements & Presentation Standards
Vendors are solely responsible for all booth materials, including but not limited to tables, displays, signage, lighting, inventory, and staffing. Vendors must have appropriate weights for their canopy if one is used. Booth spaces must be maintained in a clean, professional, and visually cohesive manner consistent with the elevated, boutique aesthetic of the event.
The organizer reserves the right to require modification or removal of any display that does not meet event standards.
6. Conduct
Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times, including interactions with attendees, fellow vendors, venue staff, and organizers. The organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event without refund if conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with event standards.
7. Liability Waiver
Participation is at the vendor’s own risk. Vendors assume full responsibility for their products, displays, personnel, equipment, and property at all times before, during, and after the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildflower Collective Group, its organizers, affiliates, and The Ol’ Homestead venue are expressly released from any and all liability, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the event.
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any insurance coverage they deem necessary for their business.
8. Weather, Venue & Force Majeure
The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, shorten, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or any circumstance beyond reasonable control. No liability shall be held against the organizer for such changes.
9. Agreement
Submission of an application and/or payment of vendor fees constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
