Join Us at the Faith & Fellowship Festival!

The Faith & Fellowship Festival is a family-friendly community celebration bringing together neighbors, local businesses, and ministries for a day of food, music, fun, and faith. We invite vendors, artisans, food providers, and ministry partners to be part of this uplifting event by sharing their products, services, and message with our attendees.

Vendor spaces are available for a fee of $30 per booth. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed application and payment. All vendors and merchandise must align with the family-friendly, faith-centered values of the festival.

About the event

The Faith & Fellowship Festival is a free, city-centered event designed to bring together the Atlanta community for a day of connection, joy, and meaningful experiences. Featuring a vendor marketplace, food trucks, live DJ, bouncy house for children, and a back-pack drive. This event is tailored with the Atlanta community in mind!

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Faith & Fellowship Festival. We are excited to welcome you to a day of community, celebration, and shared faith. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By submitting your application and vendor fee, you agree to abide by all of the terms set forth in this document.

1. Vendor Fee & Registration

The vendor fee is $30.00 per booth space.
Vendor fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, weather conditions, or unforeseen cancellations.
Payment must be received in full at the time of registration to secure your booth space.
Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment and a completed application.
Festival organizers reserve the right to deny any vendor application at their sole discretion.
2. Booth Space & Setup

Each vendor will be provided one designated booth space. Specific dimensions and location will be assigned by festival organizers.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, signage, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their booth.
All tents and canopies must be properly secured with weights. Stakes are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space. Selling, soliciting, or distributing materials outside of your assigned space is prohibited.
Setup and breakdown times will be communicated prior to the event. Vendors must arrive on time and may not begin breakdown before the official end of the festival.
3. Conduct & Content Standards

The Faith & Fellowship Festival is a family-friendly, faith-centered event. All vendors are expected to conduct themselves and present their products in a manner consistent with the values of the festival.

All merchandise, signage, displays, music, and conduct must be family-appropriate and respectful of the faith-based nature of the event.
Items containing profanity, sexually explicit content, drug or alcohol promotion, weapons, or content that conflicts with the values of the festival are strictly prohibited.
Vendors must treat festival staff, fellow vendors, and attendees with courtesy and respect at all times.
Festival organizers reserve the right to require the removal of any item, display, or vendor deemed inappropriate, with no refund issued.
4. Food Vendors

Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying all required permits, licenses, and food handler certifications as required by local and state health departments.
Food vendors must provide their own fire extinguisher (where applicable) and comply with all fire safety regulations.
Vendors must dispose of grease, waste water, and trash properly. Pouring grease or waste water on the ground is strictly prohibited.
5. Sales Tax & Licenses

Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales tax to the appropriate authorities.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any business licenses, permits, or certifications required to sell their products or services.
6. Liability & Insurance

Vendors participate in the Faith & Fellowship Festival at their own risk.
The Faith & Fellowship Festival, its organizers, sponsors, host venue, volunteers, and staff are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendors, their employees, their property, or their merchandise.
Vendors are responsible for the safety of their booth, products, and customers within their booth space.
By signing this agreement, the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Faith & Fellowship Festival, its organizers, sponsors, host venue, volunteers, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the vendor’s participation in the event.
7. Cleanup & Trash

Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean throughout the event.
At the end of the event, all trash, equipment, and unsold merchandise must be removed from the booth space.
Vendors who leave their space in poor condition may be denied participation in future festivals.
8. Weather & Cancellation

The Faith & Fellowship Festival is a rain-or-shine event.
In the event of severe weather or other circumstances requiring cancellation or postponement, vendor fees will not be refunded.
9. Photography & Promotion

Photographs and video taken at the festival may include vendors and their booths and may be used for promotional purposes by the Faith & Fellowship Festival.
By participating, vendors grant the festival permission to use such images without compensation.
10. Agreement

By signing below, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all of the Faith & Fellowship Festival Vendor Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.
