About the application
Welcome! We are looking for unique, creative, slightly magical, and metaphysical vendors to join us for our upcoming Blue Moon Market at Logan Street Market
This special market is inspired by the rare energy of the Blue Moon - Centered around creativity, self expression, and a touch of the mystical. We're curating a lineup that feels immersive, intentional, and a little otherworldly.
We are currently accepting vendors in the following categories
- Holistic wellness + spiritual goods (ie candles, apothecary, etc.)
- Local artists, makers and handcrafted goods
- Fairy hair, and interactive experiences
- Movement-based offerings (ie yoga, meditation, etc.)
What we're looking for:
Vendors who bring a strong visual presence, interactive elements, and products/services that align with the theme of magic, intention, and creativity.
Event Details:
- Location: Logan Street Market 1001 Logan St. Louisville, KY 40204
- Date: Sunday May 31, 2026
- Time: 11am-5pm
- Vendor Fee: $35 for a 6ft table space (table not included)
Setup Details:
- Vendors must provide their own tables and display setup.
- We will provide 2 chairs for each business (if you need more, just let us know).
- Electricity is limited and available upon request (not guaranteed)
- Setup begins at 9am and must be completed before 11am
- Breakdown begins after the event concludes at 5pm
- This event is entirely indoors, so no need to bring a tent
Important Notes:
- This is a curated market, so not all applicants will be accepted.
- Vendors are encouraged to design visually engaging booths that align with the Blue Moon/Mystical theme.
- Interactive elements: Readings, experiences, demos, etc. are highly encouraged.

Terms & Conditions
By applying and participating in the blue moon Market, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance & Curation
- This is a curated market. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Vendors are selected based on product quality, uniqueness, and alignment with the Blue Moon/mystical theme.
- Logan Street Market reserves the right to limit categories to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor mix.
Payment Policy
- Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure your spot. (We will not charge your card unless we approve your application)
- Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Logan Street Market.
Booth Requirements
- Vendors will be assigned a 6ft wide space unless otherwise specified.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, displays, and setup materials. We will provide 2 chairs per business.
- Booths must remain within assigned boundaries and maintain a clean, professional/on theme appearance.
- Displays should be visually engaging and aligned with the event’s theme.
Setup & Breakdown
- Vendors must arrive and complete setup during the designated setup window: 9am-11am.
- All booths must be fully set up before the event begins.
- Early breakdown is not permitted. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event.
- Breakdown may begin only after the event officially ends.
Electricity & Special Requests
- Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.
- Vendors requiring special accommodations must communicate needs prior to the event.
Sales & Responsibility
- Vendors are responsible for handling all sales transactions, including applicable taxes.
- Logan Street Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, equipment, and cash handling.
Liability
- Vendors agree to operate at their own risk and release Logan Street Market from any liability related to injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event.
- Vendors must comply with all local laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
- The sale of illegal, unsafe, or offensive items is strictly prohibited.
- Logan Street Market reserves the right to remove any vendor whose products or behavior are deemed inappropriate or not in alignment with the event.
Media & Promotion
- By participating, vendors grant Logan Street Market permission to photograph and/or film their booth, products, and likeness for promotional use. (If you would prefer to not be photographed, please indicate such in the notes section of your application)
- Vendors are encouraged to promote the event across their own platforms.
Event Changes & Cancellation
- Logan Street Market reserves the right to modify event details as needed.
- In the event of cancellation by the host, vendors will be notified and refunded.
