TERMS & CONDITIONS – VENDOR AGREEMENT
By submitting payment and participating in this event, all approved vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:

APPROVED PRODUCTS
Approved crafters may only sell items listed on their original application. All products must be handmade, handcrafted, original, family-friendly, and appropriate for a public event.
Mass-produced, resale, or non-approved items are strictly prohibited.
Vendors must ensure all merchandise aligns with what was originally approved by event organizers.
All vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal licensing, permits, and tax requirements.
Vendors must also strictly follow all designated load-in and load-out times provided by the event organizers.

VENDOR SPACE REQUIREMENTS
All vendor spaces are 10x10 spaces (as selected during application approval).
Tents are required for all outdoor spaces.
Tents, tables, chairs, and all setup materials are not provided by the event.
No electricity will be provided at this event.
All tents must be properly secured with a minimum of 50-pound weights per tent leg (no exceptions).
Vendors are fully responsible for ensuring their setup is safe, stable, and weather-appropriate.
Booth sharing is not allowed at this location under any circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Once vendor fees are paid, there are NO REFUNDS and NO TRANSFERS for any reason.
Cancellations after payment are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Vendors who fail to attend (no-shows) will forfeit all fees and will not receive refunds or transfers.

VENDOR CONDUCT & DISPLAY
Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth space at all times.
Booths must remain uncluttered and professional in appearance.
All vendors must clearly display prices in a visible and legible manner for customers.

By participating, vendors acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
