About the application
Join us for a special summer pop-up in the heart of Laureate Park Village Center! This indoor event space is located just next door to Canvas Restaurant and Foxtail Coffee in the center of the neighborhood just down from Lake Nona Town Center. This event has a few options for vendors to set up, be sure to read the application and description of spaces.
*Unfortunately, NO FOOD VENDORS or COFFEE. Baked good permitted.

Fee is charged upon acceptance, and vendor has 48 hours to cancel for a refund.

| Single 6' Table Space INDOORS | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Each vendor will receive a space for a 6' table or rack etc. If you need additional space, please consider two spaces or the option for the outdoor spaces shown below. Please see day of details for specifics. Vendor fee is collected upon acceptance. Vendor must notify us within 48 hours of charge (approval) to cancel space and receive a refund. All fees after the 48 hours are considered confirmed and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. |
| 10x10 Tent Space in Front of Venue | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | Each vendor will receive a space for a 10x10 tent, tent not provided. This space will be located in the front of the venue. Proper weights are required. Please see day of details for specifics. Vendor fee is collected upon acceptance. Vendor must notify us within 48 hours of charge (approval) to cancel space and receive a refund. All fees after the 48 hours are considered confirmed and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. |
