About the application

Thank you for your interest in being a Gun Barrel City JulyFest Vendor for 2026. This application will guide you through the vendor selection process and includes important information regarding accepted event policies, parking instructions, and setup and breakdown procedures. Please review all guidelines carefully before submitting your application to ensure compliance with market standards and local regulations. Completion of this application does not guarantee acceptance, as space is limited and vendors are selected to provide a balanced and high-quality market experience.

This agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations of both parties—GBC and the Vendor—from event setup through teardown. GBC reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any Vendor at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. GBC is not liable for event cancellations or interruptions due to accidents, inclement weather, or acts of God. GBC also assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or property.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • All vendors must be completely self-contained. No city utilities (electricity, water, etc.) will be provided.
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing all equipment necessary for their operation, including tables, chairs, tents, displays, and power (if needed).
  • Quiet generators are required.
  • Vendors are responsible for setting up and teardown of their space, and must staff their booth during all posted event hours.
  • No vehicles are allowed inside the event area during event hours
  • All vendors must remain in place until the conclusion of the event
  • All City of Gun Barrel City ordinances must be followed
  • Note: Vendors will be provided two special wristbands that allow them to leave and come back with merchandise or supplies, if needed
  • Food Vendors
  • Food trucks and food vendors are allowed to sell freshly prepared food.
  • All food vendors must be self-sufficient and comply with all local and state health regulations. This includes holding the necessary health permits and being prepared for any inspections.
  • A complete list of food and beverage items must be submitted in advance for approval.
    Sales Tax ComplianceVendors must provide a valid Texas Sales Tax Number.
  • If claiming an exemption, vendors must indicate the exemption type and provide appropriate documentation.
  • No vendor space will be granted without a valid sales tax ID or documented exemption.

By signing below, the Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms, rules, and requirements outlined in this agreement.

 

About the event

July Fest is a coveted celebration at the City Park, bringing the entire lake community together. The Event features all genres of music giving visitors a wide variety. Take your family and head to the festival for an evening of entertainment and fun.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, vendors agree to comply with all applicable ordinances of the City of Gun Barrel City, including but not limited to regulations governing public property use, health and sanitation standards, fire safety, and business operations, as well as all applicable State of Texas laws.

Vendors operating on City property must:

  • Conduct business in a manner that does not obstruct pedestrian access, emergency routes, fire lanes, or public facilities.
  • Comply with all health, food safety, and sanitation regulations. Food vendors must obtain and maintain any required state or county permits and adhere to Texas Department of State Health Services guidelines.
    Maintain a clean and orderly booth space at all times and properly dispose of all waste generated during the market.
  • Follow all City-established procedures regarding parking, unloading, setup, and breakdown.
    Operate only within their approved product category and space assignment.
  • Refrain from any activity that creates a public nuisance, safety hazard, or violation of City Code.
  • The City reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications, assign vendor locations, limit product categories to maintain market balance, and remove any vendor who violates City ordinances or market policies.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participation is a revocable privilege granted by the City for use of public property.

  • Please note that submitting a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance or a vendor space at July Fest 2026. Applications will be reviewed and approved based on event needs, space availability, vendor variety, and overall event fit.
  • Each vendor booth includes two complimentary admission tickets for booth staff managing the space during the event. Any additional staff members or guests will be required to purchase admission tickets at the vendor rate of $25 per person unless approved in advance by event staff. IF you need additional staff, please provide number of tickets you will need to purchase NOT including the 2 free admissions.
