June11 Night at the Musuem | Food Vendor Registration

All aboard for a special edition of Trackside Cinema! Join us at Santa Fe Plaza for an outdoor showing of Night at the Museum. When the sun goes down, the fun comes to life, so grab your crew, bring the family, and enjoy a movie night under the stars while food vendors are set up nearby serving up crowd favorites all evening long. Show time begins at dusk.

For this themed event, we’re looking for food vendors with fun and creative menu items, think dino bites, “museum-worthy” treats, and adventurous eats that feel like they belong in an exhibit of their own. It’s the perfect way to bring a little history, humor, and after-hours magic to Downtown Temple!

Food vendor spaces are limited. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be contacted with confirmation and event-specific details. 

Vendor Requirements:

• Must have a valid food handler’s permit and health inspection certificate.
• Must comply with all City of Temple fire and health safety regulations.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and power needs unless otherwise specified.
• Booths must remain open and operational during the full event timeframe.
• Vendors who fail to show up without prior communication will not be allowed to participate in future events.
