About the event
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or applying for a vendor table, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Are Final
Vendor table payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, travel issues, or failure to comply with event rules. If you have extenuating circumstances please reach out, we always want to help you have the most seamless experience possible.
2. Booth Assignment
Table placement is subject to availability and organizer approval. While vendors may select or request specific table locations when applicable, the event organizer reserves the right to adjust booth assignments at any time if necessary for event flow, safety, operational needs, or overall event quality.
3. Vendor Eligibility
All vendors must be approved by the organizer. The event reserves the right to deny, remove, or reject any vendor, product, display, or conduct deemed inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, counterfeit, offensive, or not aligned with the standards of the event.
4. Permitted Merchandise
Vendors may only sell items that are legal and appropriate for the event. Vendors are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell all products displayed at their booth. The sale of counterfeit, bootleg, stolen, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful merchandise is strictly forbidden.
5. Taxes and Licenses
Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales tax, and for obtaining any business licenses, permits, or tax registrations required by law. Vendors must comply with all state, local, and venue requirements.
6. Setup and Breakdown
Vendors must complete setup within the designated setup window and remain fully set up until the official end of the event unless otherwise approved by management. Early breakdown or abandonment of a booth may affect eligibility for future events. If you have extenuating circumstances please reach out, we always want to help you have the most seamless experience possible.
7. Booth Sharing and Transfers
Vendor spaces may not be transferred, resold, reassigned, or shared without prior written approval from the organizer. Unauthorized transfers or subleasing of space may result in cancellation without refund.
8. Conduct and Professionalism
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and other vendors at all times. Harassment, aggressive behavior, disruptive conduct, excessive noise, or behavior that negatively affects the event experience may result in removal without refund.
9. Booth Condition and Cleanliness
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean, organized, and contained within the boundaries of their assigned space. Aisles, neighboring spaces, fire lanes, and common areas must remain clear at all times.
10. Liability
The event organizer, venue, staff, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, supplies, or personal property. Vendors participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their booth, inventory, staff, and guests.
11. Damage to Venue or Property
Vendors are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their staff, helpers, displays, equipment, or guests to the venue, tables, chairs, or event property.
12. Rule Changes and Event Operations
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable rule changes, floor plan changes, schedule adjustments, or operational decisions at any time in order to protect the safety, integrity, and success of the event.
13. Removal for Violations
Any violation of these terms may result in booth cancellation, removal from the event, restriction from future events, and forfeiture of all payments made.
14. Event Cancellation or Force Majeure
If the event is canceled, postponed, delayed, or affected due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, government action, emergencies, labor disruptions, or acts of God, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event, issue credit, or determine refund policy at its sole discretion.
15. Agreement to Terms
By submitting payment, applying, or participating as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
