About the application
Be a part of our 8th Annual Collectorfest show where it all started. This is the show that started it all for us. This is a growing event and considered our "home show". The space will be over 15,000 sq ft of awesome stuff! We limit certain items like Funko & Pokemon at our events so please include pictures and a detailed list of items you plan to bring to the event. This years guests will be announced soon... (3 guests max - video game, voice, cartoon artist) You space includes:Table, Chairs, and space behind your table Setup Times: Saturday: NOON-8pm, Sunday: 6:30am

Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions: Reservation of Tables: Your table is reserved once you are approved and paid. Refunds & Cancellations: You can cancel up to 14 days out from the show and still receive a refund. We do not provide refunds within 14 days of the show. Arrival Times / Table Forfeit: Your space is subject to forfeit if you do not show up to the event within 30 minutes of the show opening. Vendor Closing Expectations: Vendors are expected to be setup for the ENTIRE event. Vendors can pack-up within 30 min of show closing on Sunday. Please do not apply if you cannot setup both days OR contact us first so we can make special arrangements.
