NextGEN Expo 2026 – Activity Based Vendor Application
About the application
NextGEN Expo isn’t your typical vendor market...this is an interactive, experience-driven event designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and learning for the next generation.
We are currently seeking activity-based vendors who are excited to engage with attendees in a meaningful way.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
We love vendors who can:
-Teach a skill (crafts, STEM, arts, music, etc.)
-Offer mini demos or workshops
-Provide hands-on participation (build, create, try, play)
-Inspire kids and families to learn something new
✅ Vendor Requirements:
To be approved for NextGEN Expo, all vendors must:
-Provide a hands-on, interactive activity at their booth (preferably educational or skill-based)
-Offer this activity free of charge to attendees
-Create an experience that is engaging, fun, and family-friendly
-The above is "in addition" to selling products or promoting services
🚫 Important: Vendors may not participate as sales-only booths. If your setup does not include an interactive component, your application will not be approved.
🎯 Our Goal:
NextGEN Expo is all about creating an environment where learning meets fun. We want every booth to feel like a mini experience, not just a stop along the way.
If you can bring energy, creativity, and a hands-on element to your booth, we’d love to have you be part of this one-of-a-kind event!
