1. DEADLINES: Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will close the
Friday the week before the event.
2. COTTAGE FOOD VENDORS: As of 7/1/25, Georgia Cottage Food Vendors are no longer required to be
permitted but must follow the required guidelines. The standard sidewalk booths are available to these
vendors.
3. FOOD VENDOR: Vendor selling food and drinks that may be consumed at the event. Food vendors will
pursue their activities exclusively; must sell food and beverage only in the designated food booths. Food
vendors must not compete with other food vendors on main entree and standalone snacks (ie. Boiled
peanuts, popcorn, snow cones/Italian ice). Prepared food must have a valid temporary food service
permit posted in clear public view. You are required to contact the Glynn County DPH office. Concession
trailers have designated parking spaces and must not extend into the street or partially block the
sidewalk. All waste, including grease and oil, cannot be dumped and must be taken away from the park
by the food vendor.
4. DRINK VENDORS: “Drinks only” may be sold. The standard sidewalk booths are available to these
vendors.
5. NON-FOOD/DRINK VENDORS: Vendors selling fine art, handcrafted goods vintage and antique items.
No MLM vendors, buy/sell or service providers will be allowed. Handcraft booths must maintain at least
80% of that category; up to 20% for accessories or similar items that are juried prior to the event.
6. BOOTHS: Contact Saint Simons Market for annual registration with the same placement. For each
monthly event, links to registration will be on the website. Booth spaces are marked using the slightly
darker red pavers along the edge of the sidewalk. Please see venue layout map. Vendors may not extend
into adjacent booths or walkways without the permission. Vendors are encouraged to utilize their own
tables, chairs and secured overhead cover, if applicable. The leg of each canopy used by the vendor
must have at least 40 pounds of weight on each leg. Nothing can be staked or inserted into the ground.
Booth spaces are to be kept clean at all times. Trash receptacles are provided. Booths will not be
refunded or resold.
7. POWER: Postell Park has 120vac receptacles spaced throughout. Vendors are allowed to use power at
their booths but the availability of power is not guaranteed. Inverter generators may be used but
vendors are not allowed to have extension cords exposed in the booth or in the sidewalks, creating a
trip hazard.

Saturday morning but must be ready by 9 am. Saint Simons Market will be open Saturday from 9 am to 5
pm and Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm. Saint Simons Market provides overnight security Friday and Saturday
nights but cannot held responsible for theft or weather damage. Events will not be rescheduled.

health concerns or hurricane, refunds will be generated after the dates affected have passed.
