About the application
We’re excited to invite area nonprofit organizations to join us at this year’s Saengerfest!
We’re offering free exhibit space to local nonprofit organizations to facilitate community outreach. To keep the event engaging for all attendees, we kindly ask that each participating nonprofit provide a simple activity at their booth (games, crafts, photo booth, interactive displays, giveaways etc.).

Saengerfest is a celebration of music, community and fun! This event features two outdoor stages, various interactive attractions, a kids activity area, and many artisan vendors in addition to the wonderful downtown New Braunfels businesses! We anticipate attendance of 10,000+ guests throughout the day. Vendors will be open from noon until approximately 8:30pm. Entertainment continues until 10pm.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Vendors/Exhibitors must provide their own display equipment, i.e. tables, chairs, canopy or tent, skirts, etc.
Vendors/Exhibitors may enhance their booth’s visual appeal with an encroachment into the festival walkway with décor or items for sale at a maximum depth of 2-1/2 ft.
Canopy corners must be secured by weights, as canopies will be located on a paved roadway.
Canopies may not, in any circumstances, be staked to the ground.
Electricity is not provided or available for this event.
Generators are not permitted.
- All vendors/exhibitors must sign a liabiity waiver prior to setting up at the event.
Anticipated Itinerary:
Set up: 7am – 11am
Exhibit Hours: Noon – 8:30pm
Takedown: 8:30pm - 11pm
*Vendors may not arrive early and are asked to remain open for the entirety of the event.
