Celebrate with us at Bastrop's Annual Big BANG Celebration in Fisherman's Park, Bastrop, TX! We’re excited to again host one of our biggest events of the year! This community event and welcome vendors offering food, retail, art, handmade goods, and more!
Please note: Vendors are not guaranteed exclusivity. Power is available in select areas. Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, and setup materials. Professional-grade tents are preferred. Vendors will need lighting for their booth as it gets dark. Battery operated lighting is recommended. 4th of July booth decorations are encouraged!
Event Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026
Event Time: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Vendor Setup: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (No early setup; no vehicle access inside event area after 5:00 PM)
Inspections: 5:15 PM - 5:45 PM
Event Location: Fisherman's Park (1200 Willow St.)

Vendor Release, Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement
I fully understand that my participation in the 2026 City of Bastrop Big BANG Celebration presents exposure to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to assume all risks.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue the City of Bastrop, its officials, officers, agents, employees, representatives, or volunteers for any injury, death, or loss of property arising out of or connected with participation in the Festival, including negligence.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of my participation, including injuries or damages caused in whole or in part by the intentional acts, negligence, or recklessness of the Released Parties.
I understand participants may be photographed or recorded at the event and grant full permission for such media to be used by the City of Bastrop for promotional purposes.
I certify that I have read the 2026 Bastrop Big BANG Celebration Vendor Guidelines, understand all expectations, and agree to comply with all festival rules, instructions, and requirements. I certify all information submitted in this application is true and correct.

- Food Truck vendors:I understand that vendors extending past 40 ft. in total hitched length (truck+trailer) will need to be unhitched, and the hauling vehicle will need to be moved to assigned vendor parking.
- I understand unathorized vehicles are not permitted inside the event area between 5PM and 9:30PM and that I will need to park my vehicle into assigned vendor parking.
- I understand that I will need to obtain my vendor parking permit from the event organizer on-site at the event, and that only one vehicle is granted a vendor parking permit per vendor.
- I understand setup is between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM and no vendor will be admitted after 5:00 PM
- I understand I must provide my own tent, tables, chairs, and equipment.
- I agree to secure my tent and materials with weights to prevent wind hazards.
- I agree to have all of the fire equipment needed and have my on-site fire inspection done at 5:15 PM.
- I understand early teardown before 9:30 PM is not allowed.
- Do you grant the City of Bastrop permission to use event photos or videos that may include your booth for promotional purposes?
- Please upload your Sales Tax Permit. This item is required unless you are a nonprofit.
- Please upload your Bastrop County Temporary Food Permit, City of Bastrop Mobile Food Permit, or state issued food permit.
- I acknowledge that participation in the 2026 City of Bastrop TX Big BANG Celebration (“Event”) is voluntary and involves risk, which I knowingly assume. I release, waive, and agree to hold harmless the City of Bastrop, its officials, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims or liability arising from my participation, including negligence, and I agree to indemnify the City of Bastrop from any such claims. I grant permission for photos, video, or other media captured during the Event to be used by the City of Bastrop. I certify that I have read and agree to the 2026 Bastrop TX Big BANG Celebration Vendor Guidelines, will comply with all rules, and am responsible for required licenses, permits, and insurance. Typing my full legal name below constitutes my electronic signature and agreement to these terms.
