Food Vendor

Choose this option if you are a vendor who is selling food products are that prepared on site and you use either propane or a gas generator in your operation.  Food tents of this nature require inspection by the Seminole County Fire Inspector.  Once your application is approved, you will receive by email a Fire Marshal Inspection form that must be returned 7 days before Market Day.  If your business operation is different than above, then see the Business Vendor

The Oviedo Historical Farmer's Market is held the 1st Saturday of each month, 9am to 2pm, at the Historic Lawton House property. We receive many inquiries of potential interest to participate as a vendor at the Farmer's Market and all potential vendors must complete the Farmer's Market Application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. It is the vendor's responsibility to assure compliance with all local, state, and/or federal law, licensure, and certification requirements. Food and agriculture products necessitate specific state license requirements.

Due to a large influx of applications, we will likely only contact you if we are interested in having you vend at our market.

Only the information submitted in this application will be documented and considered unless express permission is granted by the Oviedo Historical Society.
