This application is intended for vendors selling food prepared on site. Food Trucks, Trailers, or Tents may be allowed for Food Vendors.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Each vendor is responsible for providing their own tent/trailer, tables, signage, and displays. It is recommended that vendors bring tent weights to secure their tents.
The Spring Market Day event is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be issued if a vendor is unable to participate after registration.
A sales tax of 0.07% will be collected from each vendor at the end of the market and filed on their behalf by Ellisville Main Street. Each vendor is responsible for collecting sales tax for each transaction and submitting the collected amount to Ellisville Main Street staff in cash only. Checks will not be accepted for sales tax payments.
