Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Market with a Purpose. This event highlights local businesses and mission-driven organizations that engage the community in meaningful ways.
Accepted Categories: Arts and crafts, artisan products, food and beverage, community initiatives, wellness services, and other purpose-driven offerings. Vendors should clearly describe their products or services in the application.
Event Protocol: All vendors must follow event guidelines, maintain a clean and professional space, and comply with local regulations. Food vendors must adhere to all health and safety requirements.
Setup and Breakdown: Assigned times for setup and breakdown must be observed. Vendors are responsible for their own materials, displays, and equipment.
Parking and Access: Designated parking and load-in/load-out instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

Eligibility: Participation is open to businesses or organizations with products or services aligned with the goals of Market with a Purpose.
Application Approval: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application.
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors must adhere to assigned setup and breakdown times. Vendors are responsible for all materials, displays, and equipment.
Space Usage: Each vendor will be assigned a designated area. Spaces must be kept clean, safe, and orderly.
Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including permits, licensing, and food safety rules if applicable.
Conduct: Vendors are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and safe behavior toward attendees, staff, and other vendors.
Liability: Organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to vendors, property, or materials. Vendors assume all risk for participation.
Sales and Promotion: Vendors may promote and sell products or services but must not engage in activities outside their approved application without prior consent.
Photography and Media: Participation grants organizers permission to use event photographs, videos, or media featuring the vendor for promotional purposes.
Cancellation: Organizers may cancel or modify the event as needed. Vendors will be notified promptly of any changes.
