Food Vendor Application Overview

Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at Market with a Purpose. This event features local food and beverage vendors who bring quality, safe, and community-focused offerings.

Accepted Categories: Prepared food, beverages, and specialty treats. All food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations and hold the required permits or licenses.

Event Protocol: Vendors must maintain clean, safe, and professional setups, follow event guidelines, and serve food safely.

Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for all equipment, supplies, and cleanup. Assigned setup and breakdown times must be strictly observed.

Parking and Access: Designated parking and load-in/load-out instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

About the event

This event is hosted by the Zelzah Shriners, the Zelzah Masonic Youth Shrine Club, and Horus Hobbies. 100% of proceeds from vendor fees go straight to our youth leaders in scholarships and hosting fun and educational events for our youth. When you shop with us you aren't just supporting small businesses but young leaders as well.

Terms & Conditions

Food Vendor Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Only licensed food vendors with proper permits and compliance with local health regulations may participate.
Application Approval: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Organizers reserve the right to approve or deny applications.
Health and Safety Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal food safety rules, including proper storage, handling, and serving of food. Proof of permits and licenses may be required.
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors must arrive and set up within assigned times and remove all materials promptly at breakdown. Vendors are responsible for all equipment, supplies, and waste removal.
Space Usage: Each vendor will be assigned a designated space. All cooking or preparation must remain within that area. Areas must be kept clean and sanitary at all times.
Conduct: Vendors must maintain professional, safe, and respectful behavior toward attendees, staff, and other vendors.
Liability: Organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. Vendors assume all risk associated with their participation, including food-related incidents.
Sales and Promotion: Vendors may sell only approved food items and must not engage in unapproved promotions or activities.
Photography and Media: Participation grants organizers permission to use photos or videos of the vendor and their booth for promotional purposes.
Cancellation: Organizers may cancel or modify the event as necessary. Vendors will be notified promptly of any changes.

8 ft Table Space $40.00 Non-refundable Indoor table space of 8 feet
Food Truck Vendor $50.00 Non-refundable Food Vendor outdoors, must have all required licenses from city.
