About the application

Market with a Purpose supports nonprofits and community organizations creating positive local impact. Applicants should briefly describe their mission and what they plan to offer.

Accepted categories include community outreach, youth programs, mental health, veteran services, arts, education, and similar purpose-driven initiatives.

Participants must follow all event guidelines, including setup and breakdown times, cleanliness, and local regulations. 

Each organization will have a designated space and is responsible for its own setup materials. Parking, load-in, and event details will be provided upon acceptance.

About the event

This event is hosted by the Zelzah Shriners, the Zelzah Masonic Youth Shrine Club, and Horus Hobbies. 100% of proceeds from vendor fees go straight to our youth leaders in scholarships and hosting fun and educational events for our youth. When you shop with us you aren't just supporting small businesses but young leaders as well.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Participation is limited to registered nonprofits or mission-driven organizations aligned with the goals of Market with a Purpose.
Application Approval: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Organizers reserve the right to approve or deny applications at their discretion.
Setup and Breakdown: Participants must adhere to assigned setup and breakdown times. All materials, displays, and equipment are the responsibility of the participant.
Space Usage: Each organization will be assigned a designated area. Spaces must be kept clean and orderly at all times.
Compliance: Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety rules if applicable.
Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and safe conduct toward attendees, staff, and other participants.
Liability: Market organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to participants, property, or materials. Participants assume all risk for their participation.
Promotion and Materials: Participants may promote their organization and mission but may not engage in commercial sales unrelated to their nonprofit purpose unless explicitly approved.
Photography and Media: By participating, organizations consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Cancellation: Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event as needed. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.

8 ft Table Space $40.00 Non-refundable Indoor table space of 8 feet
Food Truck Vendor $50.00 Non-refundable Food Vendor outdoors, must have all required licenses from city.
