About the application
Foodees Fest is a 3-day outdoor food and culture festival featuring a curated lineup of food vendors, artisans, and experiential activations. This event will take place at the Outlets of Mississippi in Pearl and is expected to draw strong attendance throughout the weekend.
We are currently accepting applications for vendors with unique offerings, strong presentation, and the ability to serve high-volume crowds.

Vendor Requirements:
Must participate all three days
Must provide a clean, professional setup (straight-leg tent required for tent vendors)
Must be fully self-sufficient (no power provided)
Generators must be silent (70 decibels or less)
Free Admission event, LARGEST Travelling Food Festival in the US.
This is a high-traffic, fast-paced event. Vendors should be prepared for large crowds and consistent service throughout the weekend.

What’s Included (Activation Deliverables):
10x10 activation space in a high-traffic area
Priority placement designed for strong visibility and consistent foot traffic
Opportunity for direct customer engagement (sales, promotions, demos)
Inclusion in event exposure (social/media presence tied to the event)
ALL vendors are to arrive with cash deposit upon load in, $50 for craft/pre-packaged & info vendors and $100 for food and beverage vendors. You will not be put in your space until deposit is collected. This will be returned to you Sunday after we close at 7 pm, providing you arrive and open each day on time, your space is kept clean during the event and is clean after we close.
ANY VENDOR USING A GENERATOR- All generators must be silent, 70 decibels or less. As stated and agreed upon on each vendor application. No exceptions. (NO power available at this location)
Please refer to map below for vendor staging, you will line up behind the person in front of you, submit your vendor deposit with the team and wait for them to come and get you. PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IN STAGING AREA, WE WILL SEND YOU TO THE BACK OF THE LINE IF YOU ARE NOT IN YOUR VEHICLE WHEN WE ARE READY FOR YOU. This delays load in.
Load in: Thursday March 9th- Food and beverage vendors may load in from 8-2 pm. Any craft vendor that wants to load in on Thursday, you may load in from 12-2 pm.
Friday March 10th- If you are a food/beverage vendor and could not load in on Thursday, it is mandatory for you to arrive at 8 am Friday for load in.
Friday March 10th- All other craft/pre-packaged & info vendors that could not come Thursday, you can load in Friday 8-10 am ONLY.
Any vendor that arrives outside that load in window will NOT be allowed to set up.
Event Rules:
-Once you are taken to your space, if you are a food truck, please drop your trailer and move your vehicle out of the way for the next vendor to load in. If you are a craft or food tent vendor, please unload all of your items from your vehicle as quickly as possible then pull your vehicle to the vendor parking area. (please refer to map below)
-Any food/beverage vendor should have prices clearly posted for customers to see. If you do not have your prices posted you will be shut down until your prices are posted, or asked to leave, as agreed upon on vendor application. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-All vendors are responsible for their own trash, please do not use Foodees trash cans for your trash or food waste. Please use the designated dumpsters.
-All vendors are responsible to keep their area clean and tidy for the duration of the event.
-All vendors are required to participate in the event all 3 days as agreed upon on each vendor application, vendors that pack up early or close early each day will forfeit cash deposit as agreed upon on each vendor application.
-Any vendor that is using a grill, smoker, or preparing any kind of food and/or beverage under a tent, should have a mat or tarp down under their cooking/prepping area ON THE GROUND. This will protect the asphalt from getting stained or ruined.
-ALL VENDORS SHOULD BE COMPLETELY SET UP AND READY TO SELL/SERVE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO OPENING EACH DAY. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE EVENT AREA ONE HOUR PRIOR TO OPENING EACH DAY AND UNTIL ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE CLEARED OUT AT THE END OF EACH DAY. IF YOU NEED TO RESTOCK WE SUGGEST THAT YOU COME EARLY (OR IF ITS DURING THE EVENT HOURS BRING A WAGON FOR RESTOCK).
PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY PART OF MALLS DRIVE THRUS TO DROP OFF ITEMS.
Vendor Parking: Vendors are only allowed to park in designated parking area, the location will be given to you upon load in.

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
All fees are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, weather conditions, or changes in personal circumstances.
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather.
Full participation is required. Vendors must operate during all scheduled event hours for all three days. No partial participation permitted.
Placement is at the sole discretion of Foodees Fest. Vendor location requests are not guaranteed.
No exclusivity is guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.
Vendors must adhere to category limitations and approved menus. Unauthorized menu changes may result in removal without refund.
Vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, and insurance.
Power is not provided. Vendors must bring a silent generator (70 dB or less) if needed.
Professional setup is required. Foodees Fest reserves the right to remove vendors with unprofessional or unsafe setups.
Chargebacks are prohibited. By applying, you agree not to dispute charges. Violations may result in legal action and disqualification from future events.
Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal without refund.
