Vendors participating in the 3rd Annual Mother's Day Market agree to the following terms and conditions: Vendors must submit all required registration forms and fees by the designated deadline to secure their spot at the event. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for providing their setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and any necessary equipment, and must ensure their booth is safe, professional, and in compliance with local regulations. All sales transactions, including applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the vendor, and Hand Picked Nursery is not liable for any financial discrepancies or disputes. Vendors must remain set up for the entirety of the event (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and agree to keep their area clean and free of debris. In the case of inclement weather, the event will proceed as planned unless otherwise notified, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations. Hand Picked Nursery reserves the right to remove any vendor not adhering to these terms or engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive. By participating, vendors acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
