Suwanee Circle is bringing the energy this spring with our Vibe Market—a full-day experience where community, creativity, and great food come together in the heart of Suwanee. We’re looking for food trucks, craft vendors, artists, and makers to join us for a vibrant Saturday filled with shopping, music, and connection. This is your chance to showcase your brand in a high-traffic, family-friendly outdoor setting. What to Expect: • A curated market of unique vendors & local talent • Live music + upbeat weekend atmosphere • A lively outdoor bar featuring frozen margaritas, craft cocktails, and dirty sodas • Games, community gathering spaces, and all-day foot traffic • A strong local following and growing event buzz Who Should Apply: • Food trucks + dessert vendors • Handmade goods, art, jewelry, apparel, home décor • Pop-up boutiques + specialty products • Creative, high-quality brands that bring the vibe At Suwanee Circle, we’re all about creating a space Where Community Connects—and we’re building a market that people will want to stay, shop, and hang out at all day long. 📍 Location: Suwanee Circle (Town Center area) 🕛 Event Hours: 12 PM – 10 PM Spots are limited and will be curated to ensure a great mix of vendors.

Terms & Conditions

Suwanee Circle – Art Vendor Terms
1. Requirements

Vendors must hold all required licenses and permits.
2. Arrival & Setup

Arrive and be fully set up 30 minutes before opening.
Stay for the full event unless pre-approved to leave early.
Keep your area clean and remove all trash OFF SITE.
3. Electrical & Equipment

Indicate electrical needs in advance.
Bring proper cords/adapters.
Trucks must meet all fire safety requirements.
5. Conduct & Operations

Staff must operate professionally at all times.
Support vehicles must be moved after unloading.
6. Marketing

Suwanee Circle may use your business name, menu, and photos for event promotion.
7. Cancellations & Weather

Vendor cancellations must be made 72 hours before the event.
Events run rain or shine; Suwanee Circle may cancel for severe weather or safety.
8. Liability

Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, staff, and sales tax reporting.
Suwanee Circle is not liable for loss, damage, or injury.

Prices

Space for 10 x 10 tent (required) $50.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
