About the application
Join us for a curated Night Market at the Midnight Release party for ACOTAR 6. This bookish-themed event focused on Romantasy readers in an elegant historical indoor location.
We are looking for small indie authors and handcrafted goods. Vendors of this event can expect to engage with customers who love books!
-No AI. We do not allow AI-produced content to be sold at our events.
-Application to the midnight release party does not guarantee acceptance.
-Applications Close June 1st, 2026.
-Attendance: 125 guests.
-Vendor fee will be charged once the application has been accepted.

Terms & Conditions
Vendors / Authors Overview
-Vendor tables should be professional and clean.
-Dress code is business casual or on theme, with fantasy cosplay welcome but not required.
-Spaces are one 6ft table, and 1 chair.
-Vendors are welcome to enjoy snacks and drinks provided to guests.
-Vendors may bring 1 helper for an additional $25. Helpers past 1 person will require a full ticket.
-Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown.
-A dolly is not provided on location, and it is recommended that vendors supply their own.
-Vendors are responsible for obeying all location, state, and Federal laws, including collecting and filing their own sales taxes.
-No AI.
-Vendors are required to set up on time. Failure to set up on time will result in forfeiture of your booth and no refund of booth fees.
-Vendors have until August 1st to cancel their appearance for a full refund; after that, we do not issue refunds.
