About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating as a non-food vendor for Red, White & Blue on the Bay, a waterfront Independence Day celebration featuring live music, a large crowd, and a fireworks show over the bay.
This event offers a great opportunity for retail vendors, artisans, and community organizations to engage with both residents and visitors in a high-traffic, festive environment.
Vendor Requirements:
Vendors must provide their own setup (table, tent, weights, etc.)
All tents must be properly secured with weights (no stakes in paved areas)
Vendors must operate within their assigned 10x10 space
All items for sale or display must be appropriate for a family-friendly event
Vendors must comply with all City of Madeira Beach requirements
Fee:
$25 per 10x10 booth space
Vendor fee is non-refundable and required upon acceptance to secure your space
Power:
No power will be provided
Vendors must be fully self-sufficient
Additional event details, including setup times, parking, and layout, will be provided upon acceptance.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Fee & Acceptance
Vendor fee is $25 per 10x10 booth space
Fees are non-refundable and required upon acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
The City of Madeira Beach reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor at its discretion
2. Booth Space & Setup
Each vendor space is 10x10 unless otherwise approved
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and weights
No staking into pavement is permitted
All tents must be properly weighted for safety
Vendors must remain within their assigned space
Space sharing or subleasing is not permitted
3. Power
No power will be provided
Vendors must be fully self-sufficient
4. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to assigned load-in and load-out times
Early breakdown is not permitted without approval
Vehicles must be moved from vendor areas as directed after unloading
5. Permits & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for any required licenses, permits, or tax requirements
Vendors must comply with all City of Madeira Beach rules and regulations
6. Conduct & Sales
All items must be appropriate for a family-friendly event
Vendors must display pricing clearly
The City reserves the right to require removal of any inappropriate items
7. Waste & Cleanliness
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean
All trash and materials must be removed at the end of the event
No dumping of any materials on-site
8. Weather & Event Conditions
This is a rain or shine event
No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is officially canceled
Vendors are responsible for securing their setup in windy conditions
9. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk
The City of Madeira Beach, its staff, and partners are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury
Vendors may be required to list the City of Madeira Beach as Additional Insured
10. Right to Remove
The City of Madeira Beach reserves the right to remove any vendor not in compliance with these terms without refund
