About the application
Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor for Red, White & Blue on the Bay, Madeira Beach’s Fourth of July waterfront celebration.
Food vendors will have the opportunity to serve a large crowd of residents and visitors during this high-traffic evening event, featuring live music and a fireworks show over the bay.
Vendor Requirements:
Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
Vendors must be fully self-contained within their vehicle
No tents permitted
All food preparation, storage, and service must be conducted from within the vehicle
Vendors must comply with all local health, fire, and City of Madeira Beach regulations
Additional event details, including load-in times, parking, and setup instructions, will be provided upon acceptance.

Terms & Conditions
Food Vendor Terms & Conditions – Red, White & Blue on the Bay
By submitting an application, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Fee & Acceptance
A $50 non-refundable vendor fee is required upon acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
The City of Madeira Beach reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor at its discretion
2. Vendor Operations
Vendors must be fully self-contained within their vehicle
No tents, external cooking setups, or outside service areas are permitted
All food preparation, storage, and service must occur within the vehicle
Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment and supplies
3. Permits & Compliance
Vendors must possess all required licenses, permits, and insurance
Vendors must comply with all Florida Department of Health, Fire Marshal, and City of Madeira Beach regulations
Fire extinguishers and any required safety equipment must be present and accessible
4. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to assigned load-in and load-out times
Vehicles must remain in place for the duration of the event unless approved by event staff
Early breakdown is not permitted without approval
5. Space & Placement
Vendor spaces will be assigned by event staff
Vendors must operate within their designated space
Space sharing or subleasing is not permitted
6. Power & Utilities
No power will be provided unless otherwise stated
Vendors must be self-sufficient for power (quiet generators recommended if needed)
Vendors are responsible for proper handling and disposal of grease and gray water
7. Waste & Cleanliness
Vendors must maintain a clean area throughout the event
All trash must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event
Dumping of grease, gray water, or waste on-site is strictly prohibited
8. Weather & Event Conditions
This is a rain or shine event
No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is officially canceled
Vendors are responsible for securing their equipment in case of wind or weather conditions
9. Conduct & Sales
Vendors must operate in a professional manner at all times
Menu items and pricing must be clearly displayed
The City reserves the right to require removal of any inappropriate items or behavior
10. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk
The City of Madeira Beach, its staff, and partners are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury
Vendors may be required to list the City of Madeira Beach as Additional Insured
11. Right to Remove
The City of Madeira Beach reserves the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with these terms without refund
